Get ready, folks. Summer is here and plenty of outdoor events are in sight.
Social Indoor knows that, which is why this week our team was all over the Minnesota State Fairgrounds to get our products ready for the first of those quintessential summertime events: MSRA’s ‘Back to the Fifties Weekend.’
Back to the Fifties isn’t just another car show, it is one of the biggest and most popular in the country every year. This year, in 2019, is the 46th annual happening of the show and it continues to get bigger all the time. According to the show’s website, Back to the Fifties was rated either No. 1 or No. 2 for car shows in the nation by USA Today in the last three years. Overall, the show brings in nearly 12,000 registered vehicles over the three-day run.
This event is incredibly popular, especially for car enthusiasts. Social Indoor is proud to be connected with this event because we are partnered with multiple clients that will be pertinent to the visitors going to Back to the Fifties.
This week, Social Indoor had our staff out at the fair replacing and installing every single board in every single bathroom at the State Fairgrounds. Our skilled and experienced operations professionals and installers led the way while many others from the office came out to get the job done right and on time.
Our inventory was fantastic, with clients such as Concrete Science, Iron Jaws and Poquet Auto getting their crisp advertisements onto our boards. Social Indoor has every indoor advertising board in the State Fairgrounds bathrooms, which equates to more than 1,100+ boards for all of our advertisers.
The Social Indoor team took that daunting number as a beatable challenge, and got the installation of each of these boards done in two days’ work.
These boards are ready for the patrons of the Back to the Fifties Weekend starting on Friday, and later on they will be there when the Street Machine Nationals a month later when it is at the Fairgrounds in the middle of July.
